INSTRUCTIONS: At the bottom of this screen, click the "Click here to get started" button and you will be directed to the "Search" screen. Please enter your account number (the first 5 or 6 digits of your account number only - before the hyphen) OR your last name (not both), then click "Search" to proceed. When your information appears below under "Search Results", click the "Add" icon located to the right of your information, and it will take you to the next screen to verify Payment Item Detail. Click "Add Item" to proceed to the next screen, where you may then click "Checkout" to enter your card information and submit payment.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
In addition to cash, checks and money orders, Telford Borough Authority accepts the following debit/credit cards for water/sewer bills (convenience fee will apply, see below):
**A per transaction convenience fee of 2.45% (minimum of $3.00) will be charged by the company who processes card payments for us. This fee is not retained by Telford Borough Authority.
ELECTRONIC CHECK PAYMENTS:
Telford Borough Authority also now accepts electronic check payments through our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need to provide your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal check (see example below). A per transaction convenience fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. This fee is not retained by Telford Borough Authority.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to do an Electronic Check, when Payment Options appears, click on the "Switch to Pay with Check" link and then continue entering your information.
PLEASE NOTE: Be sure you have the correct account information when you make a water and/or sewer payment so it can be applied to the correct account. This information is found on your water and/or sewer bill.
